Free Delivery
All of our products come with free delivery as standard. It takes 3-5 working days
Next Day Delivery
(Aim, Next day, Available Mon-Fri if ordered before 04:30 pm): £6.95 – Please note for our express delivery we aim for the next day but due to delivery restrictions this can be a maximum of 2 days.
Named Day Delivery
Our guaranteed Named Day Delivery service ensures that your gift arrives on the right day to celebrate your special occasion. £9.95. Please select your delivery day at checkout. If your named day is the next working day we encourage you to use the Next Day Delivery Service
Returns
In case you need to return something.
At Wine Florsist, we take immense pride in delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If, however, you are not entirely content with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make things right.
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. We appreciate your understanding that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer. Rest assured, upon the safe receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund swiftly.
